Job Title: Telesales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at TATA AIG. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to solve problems effectively. This role requires patience and empathy to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products.

• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our database.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

• Demonstrate patience and empathy in handling customer concerns and objections.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
