Job Title: Telesales Executive – Algo Trading / Stock Market Software

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell our Algo Trading / Stock Market Software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of the stock market, and the ability to convert leads through effective pitching and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of algo trading software.

• Understand customer trading requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Convert leads generated through marketing campaigns into sales.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle customer queries related to stock market tools, trading platforms, and algorithmic trading strategies.

• Follow up with prospects, maintain lead records, and update CRM regularly.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the technical and support teams for client onboarding and product demonstrations.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (experience in stock market or fintech industry preferred).

• Basic knowledge of stock market concepts, trading platforms, and investment products.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand and explain technical product features in simple terms.

• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to handle pressure.

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Education

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.

• Preferred: Certifications in stock market/NISM or related fields.
