Position : Sales & Admin Assistant

Patient Handling

Greet and welcome patients in a polite and professional manner

Guide patients about treatments, packages, and consultation process

Appointment Management

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments

Coordinate with doctors and therapists

Maintain daily appointment register

Billing & Payment Coordination

Generate bills and receipts

Handle cash, UPI, card payments

Maintain daily cash register and submit reports

Communication

Call the leads, Attend phone calls and respond to patient queries

Follow up with patients for appointments and reports

Explain basic information about Madhavbaug therapies (Diabetes, Heart care programs)

Administrative Work

Maintain patient files and documentation

Manage front desk cleanliness and discipline

Coordinate with marketing team for lead follow-up
