Job Responsibilities

Search and identify new customers through telephone calls, online leads, referrals, and other sources.

Ø Contact potential customers and explain AapniService.com’s available home services.

Ø Understand customer requirements and create/confirm service bookings.

Ø Assign the appropriate technician to the customer through telephone coordination.

Ø Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure timely service.

Ø Follow up with customers after service completion to obtain feedback and identify additional requirements.

Ø Maintain customer and booking details accurately.

Ø Follow up on pending, cancelled, and repeat service requirements.

Ø Achieve daily/monthly customer acquisition and booking targets.

Ø Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about services and pricing.

Ø Coordinate with the operations/technician team to resolve service-related issues.

Ø Maintain regular records of calls, leads, bookings, and conversions.

Required Skills

Ø Good telephone communication and convincing skills.

Ø Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of additional local languages will be an advantage.

Ø Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

Ø Ability to handle multiple customers and technicians simultaneously.

Ø Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Ø Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ø Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, home services, or field-service coordination will be preferred.
