Job Summary

Avighna Fashion Jewellery is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities by connecting with wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, jewellery stores, and fashion businesses. The role involves outbound calling, pitching our jewellery collections, following up with prospects, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers every day.

• Pitch Avighna's jewellery collections and explain product features.

• Contact wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, ethnic wear stores, and jewellery businesses.

• Follow up with leads generated through exhibitions, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Reconnect with inactive customers and generate repeat business.

• Share catalogues, price lists, and new collection updates through WhatsApp and email.

• Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.

• Gather customer feedback and market insights.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Professional telephone etiquette.

• Good listening and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development is preferred.

• Experience in jewellery, fashion, textiles, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday (as per company timings).
