Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai – Work from Office

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (in-hand)

Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month (performance-based)

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Sat)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our GST Franchisee sales team. This is a high-energy role focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Promote and sell GST Franchisee services.

- Follow up on leads and close sales.

- Submit daily and weekly reports.

- Achieve monthly targets consistently.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 12th pass

- Age: 20–30 years

- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Must be target-oriented and self-driven
