Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer-focused, and driven to achieve targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers

  • Handle inbound customer queries and convert them into sales

  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM

  • Handle customer objections professionally and close deals

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
