Telesales Executive Job Opportunity
Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented Telesales Executive to join our team in Secunderabad, Telangana. As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
2. Explain project details and property features to prospective customers.
3. Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
4. Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly.
5. Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
1. Minimum graduate in any stream.
2. Good verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
4. Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
