Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Telesales Freshers to join our growing team. This

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers,

introducing our services, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Explain product/service details clearly and handle customer queries.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.

• Language Skills: Malayalam (mandatory) + Basic English

• Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience in telesales/customer service is an added advantage).

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
