Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Interns to join our team at DataMites. The role involves reaching out to potential candidates to inform them about our training programs and understanding their interest in various courses offered. This is a non-sales role with no sales targets – focused purely on enquiry and engagement calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective candidates from the database to share information about courses offered by DataMites.
• Understand candidate interest areas and record feedback accurately.
• Maintain call logs and update responses in the system.
• Provide courteous and professional communication during every interaction.
• Coordinate with the admissions or counselling team for follow-ups where required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in any South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam) and Hindi.
• Ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
• Friendly, confident, and patient while handling calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using phone-based CRM tools.
• Willingness to work from the office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
