Job Description

Rocket Deals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dedicated Telesales Executives to work on verified personal loan enquiries. In this role, you will speak with customers who have already applied for a loan, understand their requirements, and connect them with suitable loan options from our partner banks.

Responsibilities

Call customers who have submitted personal loan applications
Confirm customer information and assess loan requirements
Present personal loan options available through Rocket Deals’ partner banks
Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate bank based on eligibility
Support customers throughout the loan documentation and approval process
Coordinate with bank teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing
Regularly follow up with customers to close applications successfully
Update lead status and call details in the company system
Meet assigned sales and conversion goals while maintaining service quality
