Our Process is Personal Loan Process

This is a Soft sales or Soft Calling no field Visit or physical visit

Clarify customer doubts related to the personal loans.

Coordinate with the Backend Team for updates on processing and approval.

Regularly follow up with the backend team to track the status of the application.

Ensure timely processing and address any documentation gaps.

Adhere to all regulations and internal guidelines set by the bank or NBFC.

Maintain customer data confidentiality and ensure ethical selling practices.

Provide daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

Shift Timing - 10 AM to 7 PM | 11 AM to 8 PM | 12 PM to 9 PM
