Role Overview

We're looking for an Insurance Service Manager/Executive to join our Alwarpet office. This is a customer-facing, tele-calling role focused on selling insurance policies and ensuring customers renew their policies on time. You'll be the voice of Rion Insura for our customers — guiding them, answering questions, and making sure they never miss a renewal.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain and sell insurance products

- Follow up with existing customers ahead of policy renewal dates and ensure timely renewals

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

- Handle basic customer queries related to policies, premiums, and claims process

- Achieve monthly targets for policy sales and renewals

- Coordinate with the operations/claims team for post-sale customer support

Requirements

- Any degree (freshers welcome)

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English

- Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory

- Comfortable with target-driven, phone-based work

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/data entry)
