Telesales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive approach, and the ability to speak Hindi and the local language fluently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales

• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone

• Maintain customer databases and update call records accurately

• Follow up on previous calls and leads to nurture relationships

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Report feedback and market insights to the team leader/manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and local language

• Strong listening and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems is a plus)

• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
