Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Minimum 6 months of telesales/customer service experience preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Connect and maintain relationships with schools, event managers, and potential clients.

• Explain company services/products to clients and generate interest.

• Maintain records of calls and update CRM/software regularly.

• Follow up with leads to ensure closure of sales.

• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales/customer service.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and build rapport with clients.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target
