Roles & Responsibilities:

Customers ko outbound / inbound calls karna
Products / services ke baare mein proper explanation dena
Customer queries handle karna aur follow-ups lena
Daily calling data aur reports maintain karna
Sales targets achieve karna (pressure handle karna aana chahiye)
Polite aur professional tone mein baat karna

Requirements:

Female candidates only
Minimum 2–3 years telecalling / sales experience
Hindi communication strong hona chahiye
Basic English bolna aata ho to plus point
Computer & CRM ka basic knowledge
Confident, convincing aur target-oriented attitude
