We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to join our Health Insurance sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining the benefits of our health insurance products, and converting leads into policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain health insurance policies clearly and effectively.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Language proficiency: Hindi & English

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
