The responsibilities of an 'Executive - Knowledge Process' include:

Attend the training with full focus, active participation and your best learning capability.

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and client meetings as required.

Follow sales script, quality guidelines and training knowledge to build your strong sales pipeline.

Answer customer questions and address objections, by practicing the trained knowledge.

Explain the unique benefits of our online product and services to potential buyers.

Persuade many customers to buy, without spending too much time on a few prospects.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, scheduled follow ups and sales.

Achieve Daily Call Quotas.

Achieve Daily Sales Target and Weekly Sales Target.

Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.

Attend the on-job coaching sessions diligently, interactively and apply immediately on-the-job.

Collaborate with the sales team and report to the Team Leader.

Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Adhere diligently to company policies, workplace ethics, and sales practices.

Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment.

Work dedicatedly to achieve individual promotion criteria.
