Designation: - Customer Sales/ Tele-Sales Executive.

We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. They should be responsible for Customer Sales and follow-up of inquiries given to them. The candidate will be required to interact with our clients the moment a lead is received, on a real-time basis. The customer sales executive will also get incentives apart from Salary.

Job Profile-

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling, mailing and follow up.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company and try to do the sale.
Enter and update customer information in the Database.
Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM/Sheet.
