Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to drive business growth.

• Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and expectations.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, telemarketing, or telesales.

• Experience working in the Healthcare industry (Doctors)/ Digital Marketing agency is preferred

• Strong communication skills in Hindi/ English language (written & spoken).

• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into paying customers.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel

• Should be able to work 6 days a week (Week off on weekdays)

• Comfortable with day shift (between 9 AM - 6 PM)
