We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone, and a strong sales mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products and services effectively

• Follow up on leads and inquiries

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries with patience and professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field

• Good spoken Hindi and english

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
