Job Description: Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Palm Square, Sector-66, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon (Haryana)- 122101
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Commission
Positions: 5 (Male & Female)
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1). Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
2). Explain real estate projects, features, and benefits clearly to prospects.
3). Understand customer requirements and offer suitable project options.
4). Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
5). Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
6). Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
7). Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
8). Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
1). Qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
2). Experience: 1 Year – 3 Years in Tele Sales / Real Estate / Customer Service (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Skills Needed:
1). Excellent communication & convincing skills.
2). Basic computer knowledge.
3). Positive attitude and target-oriented.
4). Ability to handle pressure and meet sales goals.
