Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain clinic services  Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy  Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software  Understand customer needs and provide appropriate service-related information  Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination between clients and clinic staff  Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets  Work closely with the sales and operations team to enhance customer acquisition  Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications:  Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer-facing environment  Fluency in Gujarati and English is a must  Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills  Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
