• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing prospects

• Explain company services & offerings in a simple and engaging manner

• Maintain professional communication and follow scripts where required

• Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly

• Convert inquiries into appointments/leads/enrollments

• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM data

• Follow up with interested prospects regularly

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead & conversion targets

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategy

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
