Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

• Understand customer needs, answer queries, and explain product features clearly.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales through effective communication.

• Maintain detailed records of client information, conversations, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow sales scripts, pitch guidelines, and call quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

• Conduct follow-up calls, send information, and ensure timely closures.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smoother operations.

• Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools (preferred).

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2C or B2B telesales.

• Familiarity with lead generation and cold calling.

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
