High school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools (preferred).
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Experience in B2C or B2B telesales.
Familiarity with lead generation and cold calling.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
