Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Explain Prabhubhakti’s products and services clearly to customers

  • Generate sales and close leads through effective communication

  • Follow up with customers to ensure conversions

  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely

  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets

  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work with sales targets

  • Customer-focused and positive attitude

  • Interest in spiritual or devotional products is a plus
