Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Proficient in using computers and CRM tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
