Position: Domestic Ticketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with domestic flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

• Provide accurate fare information, flight details, and travel guidelines.

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, or in person.

• Coordinate with airlines for ticket issuance and related support.

• Maintain records of bookings and customer interactions.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional languages).

• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn ticketing systems.

• Ability to work in a team and handle customer concerns politely.
