Position: Domestic Ticketing Executive
Department: Ticketing

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or any background of Travel & Tourism

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with domestic flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Provide accurate fare information, flight details, and travel guidelines.
Handle customer queries through phone, email, or in person.
Coordinate with airlines for ticket issuance and related support.
Maintain records of bookings and customer interactions.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
