Telesales

We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Omni Tech Integrators. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-first approach. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.

• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer questions, and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain a pipeline of leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely closure.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to refine scripts and campaigns.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
