Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential and existing customers over the phone, explain our custom T-shirt printing services, answer questions, and help drive orders.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Answer incoming calls and provide product information

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable printing options

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records

• Work closely with the sales and production teams
