Prior experience in tele-sales or a similar role preferred. Proficient in computer usage. Comfortable interacting with diverse cultural norms and viewpoints. Flexible communication skills to handle various scenarios. Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills. Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
