Core Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Making proactive calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value.
Relationship Building: Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Order Processing: Accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely completion.
Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer information in the company's database.
Sales Reporting: Tracking and documenting calls, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products and services to customers.
