We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at Nirelp forex academy. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹27,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads from Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Explain Forex courses, benefits, fees, and course structure.
Counsel leads and handle their questions/objections.
Convert interested leads into paid enrollments.
Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
