Job Requirements:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our domestic process team. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an international process and strong knowledge of bikes and cars is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls related to automobiles, including both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

Provide detailed information, technical insights, and support based on the customer’s queries.

Maintain high service standards and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Accurately log all interactions and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.

Must have good knowledge of bikes and cars.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
