Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols. 4. Manage a team and ensure target delivery 5. Maintaining an accurate record MIS of sales funnel. 6. Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and to help them succeed. 7. Responsible for adhering to information security guidelines.
Requirements and skills 1. Graduation or Equivalent. 2. 1 – 3 years of experience working as a team manager in an health insurance company/vertical. 3. Knowledgeable with Computers. 4. Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse Viewpoints 5. Ability to change the communication style on unusual events. 6. Excellent Interpersonal, research and record-keeping skills.
