Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Initiating outbound calls (cold calling) or receiving inbound inquiries to qualify leads and convert them into sales.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Entering and updating customer data—such as contact details and purchase history—into CRM systems like Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
Product Promotion: Delivering persuasive sales pitches using provided scripts while tailoring the benefits to meet specific customer needs.
Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily call volume and monthly sales quotas.
Customer Support: Handling inquiries, resolving grievances to preserve company reputation, and following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement,
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Soft Skills: High resilience and "thick skin" to handle frequent rejection, active listening, and strong negotiation techniques.
Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
