Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through field sales, referrals, and open market sourcing

Meet potential clients and understand their financial requirements

Explain LAP products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers

Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing

Collect and verify customer documents

Maintain strong relationships with clients and DSAs

Achieve monthly sales targets

Ensure proper follow-up until loan disbursement

🔹 Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of LAP / Mortgage loans

Good communication and negotiation skills

Field sales experience preferred

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic understanding of banking/financial products

🔹 Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 1 year experience in LAP Sales or Mortgage Loans
