Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote IT services

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Follow up with interested prospects to close deals

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle objections and close sales

• Basic knowledge of sales processes (IT services preferred)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident attitude

• Experience in telesales or sales is an advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
