• Identify and develop new customers in the construction, infrastructure, fabrication, and engineering sectors.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.

• Meet contractors, builders, fabricators, industries, and project managers to promote company products.

• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

• Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.

• Coordinate with the purchase, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution and payment collection.

• Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM or Excel.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Build long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
