Responsible to Make Franchise Partners for Bikedost Brand- Pan India ( No Travelling- In Office Job). Bikedost is in Semi Authorised Multi Brand Two-Wheeler Service Centre Franchise Network. It is also India's Most Economical, Smartest, and Fastest Growing Bike Service Centre Network
Responsibilities
1) Discussion of Bikedost Business Model with potential Clients. (Phone & VC)
2) Explanation of Bikedost Brand and Story to the prospects and showing them a Vision.
3) Explanation of the entire Product range of Bikedost and the Support System of the Brand which pushes franchise store Profitability.
4) Explanation of systems and Processes of Bikedost with a demonstration of Strong Hand Holding.
5) Explanation of Existing Franchise Profitability and Showing Investors a Path to success.
6) Creation of Entrepreneurs and Franchise Partners for the Bikedost Brand.
7) Following all company-defined processes of Franchise On-Boarding
8) All kinds of Follow Up management and Objections Handlings to close the Maximum number of Clients
Qualifications
1) Person who works for Incentives more than his/her package and is always Hungry for the same, but believes in Fundamental selling and not Misselling.
2) Excellent Communication and Convincing Skills
3) Ability to Show Vision
4) Ability to demonstrate profits to Franchise Investors
6) Target Oriented and Go Getter
7) Google Sheet skills with strong Follow Ups
