We are looking for a Telesales Executive – Demat Account & Investment Products to join our team at Motilal Oswal. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000.
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calling.
Explain and promote Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and Private Equity to prospective customers.
Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.
Assist customers with Demat account opening and investment onboarding.
Maintain accurate customer records in Excel.
Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
Graduate (Preferred)
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & Basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Fresher can apply (Training will be provided).
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
