Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, and customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.

• Convert potential leads into successful sales.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to close sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Maintain customer databases and update call records.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and conversion.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales reports.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must have relevant telesales experience.

• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.

• Must be comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
