We are looking for a Sales Calling Executive to generate and process loan applications for SME, Business, and Personal Loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and closing loan leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for SME / Business / Personal Loans

• Explain loan features including interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation

• Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into loan applications

• Follow up with customers to collect required documents

• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for loan processing

• Maintain accurate customer records and call reports

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Basic understanding of loan products (training will be provided)

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently

• Good knowledge of Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, calling software)

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in loan sales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or fintech is an advantage

• Freshers with strong sales interest are welcome

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
