Job Overview:

Logistics Shakti Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to support business development, sponsorship acquisition and industry engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication and convincing skills, and the ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert potential clients into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads from prospective sponsors and corporate clients.

• Contact potential sponsors through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels.

• Schedule appointments and meetings with prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

• Support sponsorship sales for industry events, summits and related initiatives.

• Present sponsorship and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.

• Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines and regular sales progress reports.

• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates with 1-4 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales or Sponsorship Sales preferred.

• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and interacting with corporate decision-makers.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and sales tracking.

• Must have a personal laptop for work.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
