Job Description : Insurance Sales Executive / Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling a variety of insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance) to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

• Promote and sell insurance policies (Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance).

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.

• Provide complete policy information and guide customers through the application process.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Build a strong referral network and expand market reach.

• Keep up to date with insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
