Job Responsibilities:

✅ Call customers to confirm new orders placed online
✅ Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calls and resolve delivery issues
✅ Verify customer details (address, phone, product interest)
✅ Coordinate with courier partners & update delivery status
✅ Maintain call records and follow-up schedules

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Basic phone handling & data entry knowledge

• Experience in customer support, calling, or eCommerce preferred

• Must have a smartphone and internet connection (for WFH)
