Responsibilities
Outbound sales: Make cold or warm calls to potential clients to introduce products, explain features, and convince them to purchase.
Inbound sales: Answer incoming calls from customers, process orders, and answer product-related questions.
Lead generation: Identify and qualify leads for the outside sales team.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
Upselling and cross-selling: Promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and purchasing history.
Order processing: Accurately record customer information and process purchase orders.
Data management: Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities.
Reporting: Track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate sales reports.
