Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (Tamil + English / Hindi added advantage)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven attitude
Preferred Experience:
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
