Job Description

Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

Key Responsibilities:

Contact prospective customers through cold calls or follow-ups on leads.
Explain insurance products (Health, Motor, Life etc.) and services clearly and convincingly.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems regularly.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow up to ensure conversion.
Coordinate with underwriting and policy issuance teams to ensure smooth processing.
Comply with regulatory and company guidelines related to insurance sales
